1. Product and license
PackVerity is a premium WordPress plugin for WooCommerce packaging administration. A Professional subscription grants the license holder premium use during the active subscription period according to the purchased site quota, including updates and support.
2. One production site
Professional includes one production activation. Local, development and staging installations are additionally allowed when used for the licensed website or business. License keys may not be shared, resold or made available to third parties outside permitted use.
3. Annual term and renewal
Professional is sold annually. Where automatic renewal is enabled at purchase, the license renews annually until the customer cancels renewal through the available account or subscription controls. The applicable checkout and payment terms are shown at purchase.
4. Expiry
After license expiry or deactivation, PackVerity switches to read-only mode. Existing dashboard totals, audit trail and CSV exports remain accessible. New order processing, backfills, manual adjustments and PackVerity master-data changes require an active license.
5. Product scope
PackVerity supports technical administration and traceability of packaging weights. PackVerity is not legal, tax or compliance advice, does not automatically determine producer status or statutory filing obligations, and does not submit Verpact, EPR or PPWR declarations on the customer's behalf.
6. Responsibility for data
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of entered product and shipping packaging weights, evidence references, business classifications and the interpretation of exported data.
7. Compatibility and changes
PackVerity states supported minimum versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP. The WordPress/WooCommerce ecosystems and third-party plugins may change. We aim to reasonably investigate and resolve reproducible product issues within supported configurations.

9. Intellectual property
Where individual open-source components are distributed under their own licenses, those licenses continue to apply. The PackVerity name, branding, commercial distribution, documentation and other rights remain reserved to the rights holder to the extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PackVerity is not liable for statutory filings, fines or decisions made solely on the basis of PackVerity output. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
