What versions do I need?
PackVerity 1.0.1 requires WordPress 6.5+, WooCommerce 8.2+ and PHP 8.1+. HPOS is supported.
Is PackVerity a PPWR or statutory filing tool?
No. PackVerity supports packaging administration and traceability. Legal producer role, thresholds, classifications and statutory submission remain your responsibility.
What happens when my license expires?
PackVerity switches to read-only mode. Existing dashboard totals, audit trail and CSV exports remain available. New order processing, backfills, corrections and PackVerity master-data changes require an active license.
Can I use the same license on staging and local environments?
Yes. Professional includes one production activation. Local, development and staging installs for the same license holder are allowed in addition; the key may not be shared with third parties.
How does PackVerity handle refunds?
PackVerity can reduce product-packaging entries for refunded quantities when that option is enabled. Original outbound shipping packaging is not automatically removed because it has typically already been used.
Can I include historical orders?
Yes. After preparing and checking your master data, you can run a historical backfill. PackVerity uses WooCommerce Action Scheduler to process this in controlled batches.
Does uninstalling delete my administration?
By default, PackVerity preserves its ledger tables and settings on uninstall. A separate explicit wipe option is available when you intentionally want destructive cleanup.

Is VAT included?
The planned price is €129.99/year excl. VAT. Once paid sales open, applicable VAT and local taxes will be calculated during checkout.
